The Wood and Metal Wall Lamp pairs natural textures with clean geometry for a look that feels cosy and contemporary at the same time. A warm wooden element balances a sleek metal shade, creating a lamp that brings gentle character to bedrooms, hallways, landings and reading nooks. It is a smart way to add soft, focused light exactly where you need it while freeing up valuable surface space on bedside tables.
Choose white for a light, fresh Scandinavian feel or black for a bolder, more graphic contrast against pale walls. The shade directs light down and out, making it ideal for reading in bed, lighting a favourite armchair or adding a welcoming glow to a hallway. Mount a pair either side of a bed for a balanced, hotel-inspired look, or use one on its own as a subtle feature.
Ember and Eave recommend installation by a qualified electrician for safe, secure fitting, and a warm white bulb for a relaxing, flattering glow. The natural wood pairs beautifully with linen bedding, rattan and houseplants, while the metal keeps the design crisp and modern. It is a simple, well-made light that makes everyday routines feel calmer and a little more special, day after day.
